Decent shop, one of my go to stores for wrestling figures. Staff are very good, always friendly. I have a little game with one of the guys who always tries to guess the band on the metal t-shirt I'm wearing. Always nice chatting to him about music or wrestling depending on what figures I buy. Brilliant service all round...

All the staff here are wonderful. I often bring my child to this store because it seems to help calm her down, and I can’t praise the staff enough. In particular, the man who kindly allowed my dog in was so thoughtful and accommodating. Thank you :)

Staff are extremely helpful unfortunately I didn't get his name.
I went into Aylesbury branch of the Entertainer.
I was looking for a birthday present for my grandaughter, a member staff showed me where all art and crafts were and made suggestions on what to buy.
I ended up buying two craft items, make your own...

Our Quiet Hour aims to create a calmer retail environment for autistic people by switching off the music, dimming lighting where possible and removing noisy demos. Quiet Hour runs for the first hour of opening. The Entertainer is one of the UKs largest toy retailers, currently operating over 170 stores.
