Have ordered in the past without any problems.
Tonight, ordered at 5.20 and was told 45 minutes to 1 hour. After an hour at 6.20 telephoned to see where delivery was and was told it was out with the driver. Some minutes later a taxi arrived and said he had been to the wrong house. Obviously by this time the food was Luke warm, so then had to spend time warming it up. By the time we has finished the meal it was actually cold. Not the best experience tonight and probably won’t rush to go back there.

I had been using another takeaway, who were excellent until it changed hands recently.
I tried other take-aways and have found this one to be very good, both in the food and the service.
Plus, the chop suey duck is very good.

The food has gone dramatically down hill, last time I had food from here it looked like the dog had thrown up. Inedible!!!!

Spent over £51.00 and I hate to say that the food has gone downhill.
Very dry, too sweet.
Food used to be quite good a few years ago but over the year this place needs to get back to where it used to be. Unfortunately I won't be ordering again

Ordered from here for the first time a little while ago after moving in nearby. I love a good Chinese takeaway and I had never ordered from Bamboo before so I thought I would give it a try. The prices were fair, in the range you would expect to pay for good quality Chinese food dishes. I spent around £26 for 4 dishes. I was pleasantly surprised by the sweet and sour chicken balls and they were huge and really really nice. I ordered a special chow mein and special fried rice, both Chinese takeaway favourites of mine and they were pretty good. Nothing different to any other takeaway but delicious nonetheless. Everything I ordered tasted good. I was definitely happy considering the fair prices I had paid for them. Overall, I would recommend them, the food was pretty good and I look forward to visiting again soon when the inevitable Chinese takeaway cravings come back around.

First time I tried and it was really good! I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls and chicken chow mein and they tasted authentic! Food was fresh and warm. Will definitely come back!

Normally the food is quality & delicious, today you delivered the wrong food, when I called to explain the situation you promised fresh food to be cooked & re delivered then collected the wrong delivery which was hotter than the one you said was cooked fresh & the quality & taste was almost like you re delivered the one you collected from the person you delivered it to in the first place very disappointed. For the fact we are loyal customers & paid full price the food was not to its usual standard & was not happy. ?

Have been ordering from here the last few years. Food quality has gone downhill drastically, not just a one off, has been the last couple of times but thought I would give it another chance. Rang up as one of the items was so bad it was inedible only to be spoken to rudely. Bad food and bad customer service. Definetly won?t be going back which is a shame as used to be good.

Very disappointed this evening, food arrived luke-warm and was no where near as nice as it has been previously. Ordered 1/4 crispy duck with extra pancakes, and the pancakes both arrived stuck together, crispy but soggy, and inedible! Took 15 minutes to get through when we called to let them know, we were put on hold. We were then told they would send replacements? which 40 minutes to arrive. Food is now cold. Not happy with the service or food received. I won?t be ordering from here again, which is a shame as previously had no complaints.
