I asked at the pharmacy desk for a tonic for flu. She said to look down the aisle opposite.
I looked down there for 10 minutes and then went back to say that I could not see it. Some huffing and puffing later, she came to show me and as she pointed at the shelf, it appears Tesco don?t sell it. Complete waste of time.
A bit more grace would be nice, especially with customers who are clearly not well and looking for real help.

Tuesday night and two tills open. I so dislike coming here. At least the cashier was polite this time. I have been at work 10 hours today myself and just want to dash in and round which I can do till it comes to going through the tills!
Which is never a problem at Alidi. Hence I only get bits in Tescos as it takes to damn long!
It's been months Tesco's disappoints on a regular basis now and at time the attitude of the staff too. Especially the home shoppers no " excuse me" . They block the aisles too with their all important trollies.
All shoppers are just as important and that seems to have been forgetten!

If you start stocking Warburton extra thick toastie in the green wrapper I'll upgrade you to 5*. Some really nice people work here, they go out of their way to be helpful. The store is well stocked with plenty of "special offer" items & there are rarely any problems paying for my shopping as the self service checkouts always have two ladies on hand to help. And they are quick to open ordinary tills at busy times.

They have what I need for my general shop. You have to pick your times unless you don't mind sidestepping trollies. The amount of online "shoppers" can be annoying especially when they congregate down the same isle, but that's life as we know it.

Click & Collect today 27/12/24
Arrived early for my collection at 06.45 this morning, to find a Tesco van, backed up to the collection doors, for extra security I assumed. 07.00 came and went. No sign of van being moved or any service, starting any time soon!
At 07.16 a staff member asked my name. After a little while, another staff member brought my goods out. I took the opportunity of asking this man, if the van would be moving any time soon, as I'd been there too long already. ( My vehicle was parked close to the van, with at least five cars close behind me).
I must state that both staff members were perfectly polite, although neither seemed to have grasped the gravity of the situation. This service is supposed to be available from 07.00 am.
If Tesco management consider this sort of shoddy service to be acceptable, they are NOT fooling me. Anyone considering using
click & collect may want to think again.

Good store but awful car park.
Car park is big but the spaces are too close together. Only just about enough space to open your car door and if you have a passenger forget it. They will have to get out before you park.
No need for this as the car park is plenty big enough and never full.
MAKE THE SPACES WIDER.

16.09.24 just before 4 pm. At costumer service desk , the tesco employees ( 2 of them) pay out @£100 for lottery kind to a 5 years old unaccompanied. The do not see anything wrong about that.... very disappointed i do believe the management should look properly into this matter and the person behind the till should not be there anymore....i probably start using other stores and tell mai kids and frends about this....
