Will never come here again i went in today to do shopping for myself my mother that was with me who is 75 and my brothers son that had additional need pluse get brothers shopping as well so had three lots of shopping to get i had myself and my mum doing scan as you shop so I had service check done that's fine when explaining to them I have another shop i need to put through the till then straight away they thought I was steeling they checked all the shopping that showed it had all been scanned so showed i was being honest one woman on self service stood over and watched us do everything i then heard her say to the security guard a couple of white people stealing again that's what im shocked at the most to say that when im stood there and could see them both laugh I just looked at them. They did not have any customer service skills at all they made me feel so uncomfortable then when I asked to talk to a manager on the phone to talk someone about what I had just experienced she hung up on me I don't get how they can have people working like that with no understanding of someone supporting an elderly person and a child that has additional needs that they could seen he was getting de-regulated at one point and when I asked could you just support my mother whilst I do the other shop they ignored me.

Badly run store management simply don't care!!!
Recently had two different milks both 3 days in date gone off, rotten strawberries, rotten tomatoes and mouldy panini!
Best yet yesterday onion Bahji s for a catering job over 20 packs in date by 2 days covered in mould, told a young member of staff he couldn't care less wasn't interested, found a manager who removed them from the open fridge,went back next day and believe it or not some of the same batch had been left now 1 day in date and very mouldy, quite disgusting and really poor management, maybe someone from head office should pay an unannounced visit!
If this happens again I will report it to food standards and or environmental health or whoever needs to know ?

Unexpectedly brilliant service .....give that man a donut!
Popped into the Bureau de Change today expecting your usual in-and-out, transactional sort of thing? but what a pleasant surprise!
I was greeted by a gentleman who actually gets what great customer service looks like... the kind we all wish was standard. Big smile, super clear, gets straight to the point, job done efficiently, all with a bit of charm and a nice splash of humour.
It made the whole experience feel less like a chore and more like, well, a good chat with someone who knows what they?re doing. Friendly, professional, and just a genuinely nice guy.
Tesco Tring Road ? take note!
Go down there, shake this guy?s hand, and give him a donut from the bakery. He?s earned it.
Fantastic service ? 10/10 would change currency here again.

Really shocked to see the staff harassing a couple of customers in the store today. Very rude, unprofessional and uncaring behaviour. They tried very hard to order them around and intimidate them even though they had done nothing wrong. Why do the staff hate the customers so much?! There's a strong sense that the management simply don't trust customers. If you tell the self-checkout machines you've brought your own bags the machine freezes until a member of staff comes to check that you're telling the truth!
