Katy is very rude. That was 3rd time I was Served by her and never say thank you but she said thanks to other customer. I dont want to be served by her with that attitude. I dont know if she is racist or not. Others are very helping. She needs to learn basic manner first.

Left totally humiliated being asked for my id and my daughter who is 10 years old, because they had a promotion on redbull 2 for £3 they automatically assumed that it?s for my daughter, yet the girl serving me doesn?t look old enough to work in a shop.
Won?t be back will shop elsewhere.

Katy at the Aylesbury branch was absolutely brilliant in helping me find the perfect perfume! Despite the store being busy, she took the time to go through several options with me and gave really good recommendations. I left with a fragrance I love and some great suggestions for the future too!

My go-to place to buy toiletries, vitamins and beauty items. Very disappointed with woman at counter today who was rushing me although it wasnt busy. You are paid to take payments from us..so calm down, woman!

I had a very positive experience in this shop on the 11th Match. I wondered into the store not knowing too much about the different brands of primers. A knowledgable, helpful and friendly brown haired assistant) ( sorry I cannot remember her name) took the time to explain and show me lots of brands. I came out of the shop very happy and with a great primer.
