Katy is always so helpful to myself and everyone else she serves in the store. She is always smiling and happy to help. A great asset to the store and the company.

Katy is very rude. That was 3rd time I was Served by her and never say thank you but she said thanks to other customer. I dont want to be served by her with that attitude. I dont know if she is racist or not. Others are very helping. She needs to learn basic manner first.

Left totally humiliated being asked for my id and my daughter who is 10 years old, because they had a promotion on redbull 2 for £3 they automatically assumed that it’s for my daughter, yet the girl serving me doesn’t look old enough to work in a shop. Won’t be back will shop elsewhere. Shame on you
