I have been a customer for over 10 years and recently my 2 children too.
I have enjoyed going back every time am due a test but my recent experience has left me really upset and certainly not returning or sending my 2 children back.
I've ended up spending over and over due to the sales persons not doing the right thing and ordering me what I needed. This meant each time, am being asked to top up and up and up when I turn up to pick the glasses and realise I dont have what I need. Yet as i need it, I agree and pay, now nearly over half of thousand pounds!!!
Using your services is not elective for me, its a need as I cant see otherwise but there are other shops who offer same as you and I will try them.

Appointments were available the evening before for the following morning and the appointment happened on time. The optometrist was knowledgable, explaining what they could see in the scans, and showed genuine care throughout. A great experience all round.

Awful experience today at Aylesbury high street.Audiologist was not interested in my opinion of my own hearing levels because she had all the facts she needed from her little graph on her little screen.I was spoken down to and it was very clear my opinion was unimportant. I found the audiologist to be rude and belittling. 4/7/25
