staff was nice, at least. But the food was quite disappointing, unfortunately. The fries tasted of old oil. The wrap I got was decent, but the portion was very small.

A few months ago this was the chicken place in Aylesbury and always our ?go-to? until we placed an order for delivery and eventually they delivered it to our neighbours, vegetarians ! When we chased them they said go and get it from our neighbours, almost an hour after they delivered it. They eventually replaced our order?.we left them almost 5 months until this week when we thought we?d try them again. the flavour of the chicken was ?odd? and not pleasant, the coleslaw tasted fizzy and the drinks that came with the order were a brand of cola, the label in Arabic ( says made in Jeddah) and the meal gave us both upset stomachs to the point we threw away the remainder?..very poor now?.KFC is better, and I never though I?d say that !

This is an urgent warning to any existing and/or potential supplier to this store. Ahmar and Muktar have built up a huge debt over many years and purposely disconnected all lines of communication and are refusing to pay. We will be issuing court papers to recoup our debt but after 15 years of support and helping build what they have today we have been left shocked with how they treat one of their most loyal suppliers.

Well where do I start, if the raw chicken weren't enough the hairs certainly where. Very poor customer service whilst in the shop, would not recommend and would rather use the more commercial chicken shop across the road.

This is the only chicken place in aylesbury that is worth the money, everywhere else has given at some point or another food poisoning. 10/10 the bucket of 8 is well worth it!

Ordered on the phone. Customer service on the phone was terrible as I've always experienced. Received my food in adequate time however wasn't that warm, drink wasn't as cold as expected. Portion size of the fries has reduced significantly over the years whilst prices have gone up.

Used to one of the best but recently chicken has been chewy undercooked portion sizes are terrible burgers are half the size of the bun, have been goin here for many years but won't be going back after the last few times. Just walk down the road to pepes same price better

I wait for delivery my order more than hour. Food is terrible, taste like really old oil. The worst 17£ i ever spend. Never more order from this place.
