Good size car park, with disabled parking. Upon entering Smyths Toys large sliding doors open to enter, which is wheelchair chair friendly too. The store is awash with so many different colours to attract your eyes. I bought a trampoline which was on sale the grandchildren love it. It comes complete with safety net

Kirsty you are an asset to the smith toy team in Aylesbury! Thank you so much for you advise and help fitting new car seats. You went above and beyond and we are very grateful knowing that our little ones are as safe as they can be. Special thanks for climbing in to the back seats of my husband silly car to make sure it fit perfectly. Your knowledge was amazing and we are very grateful. Management please pass on well deserved praise for all her hard work and amazing customer service.

This shop and their return policy is a joke!!! Bought a highchair in store as advised by floor staff on how good it is and that it is suitable for babies from birth. When item was delivered , I?ve assembled and realised that 4 months old baby sliding down from the chair which makes it unsafe for it to be used. Went back to store to return the item, but been told that due to hygienic reason they cannot accept the return. What a joke !!! First of all the store is not in my city where I live and I need to travel 20 miles one way. They expect me to bring my 4 months old child and try display item before I buy.So take my child to crowded store is ok, to put in unsterilised chair is ok , then product being sold by giving misleading information is ok as well, but accept return is a problem due to hygienic reasons. Dont use this store. Pay £10 extra and shop elsewhere , where you?ll get hassle free service. £70 paid for chair that not able be used ? Lesson learned. P.S left review in stores website and guess what? It has not been uploaded , not surprised why

Came In Today with my 3 daughters, they each wanted to pay separately for their make up and Air Hockey. Just wanted to say how patience and helpful the lovely gentlemen was in helping me and my children. A credit to his job, he is worth every penny you pay him.

Great service, great experience. Spoke to a lady called kirsty on the car seats and she was fantastic. Definitely an asset to the company, would love to see her progress as wouldn't shop anywhere else.

I was so disappointed with smyths toys in AylesburyI went to return an item that Was brought few hours ago because it was faulty asked for a refund or an exchange as that?s there policy for faulty ItemsI stuff member said it was fine I can get refund But the manager MARK had a attitude and said no you can?t come back tomorrow and I?ll give u a refund so the fool made us drive back home to come back the next morning.And still had a attitude I spend a lot of money at smyths to get treated like this.I think MARK needs more training because of him he will be making smyths toys loose a lot of moneyWill be going Argos next time as they got the best customer service.

Awful service, manager Sofia is so rude and unhelpful. They forgot to pack my batteries that they had asked if I had wanted and assured me everything was in the bag. I found out when I emptied the bag at home they had forgotten to add them after I had driven home over 50 miles. Told me on the phone they would compensate me, then when I got there, Sofia went back on the word of her staff member, just to be controlling it seemed, I got power trip kind of vibes from her. I contacted head office and they sorted everything out and compensated me and apologised. It is sad that the manager Sofia was so incompetent that she couldn?t have done the reasonable thing when I was there. Head office agreed she should have more training.

I ordered a gaming chair from them. And after I ordered it and payed with it on my card it's said you av to bring ID with you and I don't av ID. So my wife rang up the store and said about it he has no ID. They say it was ok just this ones so I showed them my bank card. They should change ther policy. Coz some people av no ID on them. They are a joke and rude to. I will be shopping elsewhere now for my gaming stuff.
