Duty manager at the till, I can?t remember her name, was extremely helpful!
I was struggling to find a specific lock for my door and she pulled out her tape measure, gave me the correct measurements and explained how I can get these measurements myself!

Hi, I came with a list of things I needed and also with a Stanley knife to get more blades , the lady at the counter did not seem to know what size I was looking for and did not ask for help either, so she did not know what she was selling, was a bit embarrassing to be there , she eventually got me the Stanley knife refill blades but were the wrong size , despite the fact that I actually went there with the tool she still got me the wrong blades ....
