Be aware all non Santander customers that if you try to withdraw cash from a Santander cashpoint and an error occurs without your money dispensing they will not refund you for 12 working days!!!

Terrible business bank, manager does not respond to email phone or text. But they have a lot of small businesses so I am surprised. But they are cheap. As for finance the Gov has put in place for COVID 19 you have no chance with this bank forget it and go bust silently and don?t complain. The private banking side is also rubbish and I think it is time to ditch this rubbish bank.

inconvenient, when you need to get a statement printed they 'order' it for you and you have to collect. I don't understand why it cannot be printed there and then. The opening hours are not accessible to most people who work. Cannot be expected to dedicate your saturday to going there

Very poor service not helpful didn't want to help at all.no wonder people are using app based banks.

An easy to access large highstreet bank branch. Virtually empty because nobody needs to go into a branch except for unusual cases such as changng withdrawn bank notes. The teller was very helpful. Otherwise the branch was entirely empty, though i suspect there was other staff elsewhere.I think the banks should get together and have a single bank interface. Indeed, they are all so similar why not unify all their services and make them common. I wish.

6 weeks for an appointment to open account in branch. In the meantime changed rates by half. Deliberately forcing people to open accounts on line, then say nobody is using branch, then what happens? Closing it down.

Business deal they blocked my account had to fly 6000Miles to show these muppets passport and driving licence. Have a lawyers contract to support my transactions. I go back they done the same thing again twice despite having already done the same checks twice then release and clear one and held the other payment for 4+ days Both payments were from the same person within seconds of each after 2 days clear 1 hold the other.Totally useless pathetic customer service braindead.The worst bank ever if -5minus was available that's what they would get.Bad attitude couldn't give a ...t.Worst bank ever.
