It?s an old store that needs refurbishing. Nice enough. The first thing that strikes you as you enter is how cold it is. The air conditioning must cost a fortune!

Popped onto get a SIM card from Argos so not actually shopping in the Sainsbury's store so to speak. However I picked up what I ordered and was away. Happy days really

Quite an old store, with a weird atmosphere, there's a new Sainsbury's store not far away that is much bigger, with a better parking etc.

I shopped this morning in Sainsbury's Buckingham Street Aylesbury. A young woman Nicola serving at the kiosk, stands out as an excellent employee for the supermarket. She certainly does multi task. Her care and kindness to elderly shoppers is exceptional, especially to those a little forgetful. She does this whilst answering questions from other staff members re: collection of part deliveries etc.I asked her if she was the manager. She said no I'm not. She should be recognised for her capable skills. You'd be wise to not let her leave! Her knowledge and experience in all areas is exceptional.

Friendly staff, hate people paying for shopping at kiosk, up to 5 items are OK but when your wanting to buy cigarettes and there's ppl with full baskets it's a pain
