Never able to get through to them. In the past few months, I?ve needed help with a stranded duck couple, a baby deer on the road side, a pup stranded on the road and horses who escaped their enclosure.
Each time the call redirects you somewhere until it just gets disconnected.

Adopted two dogs in the past, a Collie and a Labrador. Both were fabulous dogs and lived to a ripe old age. Cannot wait to adopt another; we are just having a necessary short break.
I thoroughly recommend Blackberry Farm. Very professional and would advise accordingly for potentially unsuitable pet/owner combinations.

Adopted our beautiful cat from here about 3 weeks ago. The checks were thorough (as they should be) and the process to meet and collect her was seamless. The care they took of her before we adopted her was fantastic. They do a great job.

Adopted the most sumptuous doggo from them. She was DEVINE in all things, but had severe separation anxiety. She'd come from a 'multi-dog household' so I felt she needed the company of other pets to keep her calm. The day I surrendered her, I sat in tears for hours with my daughter telling them how she responded to hand signals, how anyone could take anything from her at any time, how she hated getting wet but melted into the groomer and met everyone in town with a loping gait and gentle demeanour.
*THEY KILLED HER HOURS LATER*. They admitted that they knew I would have taken her back - they gave me the courtesy of a call AFTER.

Absolutely disgusting took a dog in yesterday told them I can no longer care for the dog was told even if they had a dog space the wouldn't be able to take the dog yet ment to be a rescue centre

Adopted our dog here back in 2020, and even though things were a bit of a challenge with covid etc the whole process was seamless.
Spotless kennels and great staff.
And if any of the same staff are still there, Louie is doing great, and still takes exception to hedgehogs lol

We've just adopted our lovely boy, Harry, from Blackberry farm.Every member of staff we met during the adoption process couldn't have been anymore friendly, caring and helpful. Everyone here is amazing and truly dedicated to the care of animalsWe are so grateful and happy to give Harry a loving forever home, he's is an amazing dog and his awesome character is already starting to show.Thank you to everyone who works here.
