I cannot even begin to comprehend how slow this place operates. It makes snails pace look fast. I know chemists are slow normally but this place is award winningly slow.

This Pharmacy is closest to GP Surgery (Poplar Grove Surgery) , that's why it's mostly used by the patients visiting the GP. Once they made me wait for my prescription as it seemed they have lost it, but since they contacted my GP, the prescription was found in a while. Overall, I cannot complain, the staff is nice.

I have had my ups and downs with them occasionally in the past and they seem to improve each year. They deal with thousands of pills a day and that's a big ask including deliveries so please bear that in mind.

I was a new patient in the process of setting up a repeat prescription a Rowlands Pharmacy and had so many questions, the 2 staff on duty - Elizabeth and Mia were outstanding! They went the extra miles way beyond any service I had previously received anywhere else in Aylesbury. I am forever grateful to them and now my repeat prescription runs like clockwork.

This will be the last time I visit this pharmacy. Unhelpful and rude . I was forced to walk back over to my doctors three times and on the third visit my doctors asked if I would accept them cancelling the prescription and placing it with another pharmacy as it was absolutely necessary that the child had the medication on the day. I can only assume that it was nearing closing time and Rowlands couldn't be bothered. Not their problem. It was pointed out to me at the time by one of their staff that Rowlands wasn't my usual chosen pharmacy, which is true but honestly should that matter when it comes down to a poorly child .
