Very poor qualities sunglasses. I buy from here every year. Went on holiday thought needed new sunnies my friend got me. These lasted a day after use and snapped and broke terrible quality and poorly made. I had glasses lasted years before from there. Never but from here they rubbish and dont last 5mins. Plus store manager is very rude.

girl on the till had a real attitude problem for no reason but when confronted she changed her whole mood . This whole mean girl attitude is not a good look and would do you good to remember good customer service instead of having an attitude for no reason with a paying customer . Not to mention stood around gossiping in the shop a walking away from the till as i approached to pay for something .

I often go to this store with my wife love the deals and design but the staff and even manager are rude, worst till service,coming and going past you staring and they will treat you like a thief ?
Quite disappointed really. I know they are doing their job but it?s always the same every time. Poor customer service

River Island always has good stuff on display.I love the Shop.I wish they had more posh boots for females though.But it's always certain you'll find something you love to buy.Don't think too much on the price.

Ordered a collection from store of sale items. River Island Customer Service is saying that they have been delivered to store and no one in the store can find them and they may have been stolen. All Customer Service can do is offer a refund, I have explained that the items are no longer available at the price i paid and all I want is the items I ordered. I asked for a credit not to purchase the item at full price and they will not do that. I am a loyal Customer and not trying to make money. No one in the store or at Customer Service gives a S**t.

Absolutely useless staff in Aylesbury River Island branch , very unhelpful and rude . I ordered T shirt to be delivered in store delivery date was on 29th and still waiting. Staff in store don't seem to have a clue and customer service department is even worse .
