I sent several parcels with yodel from this shop and the man who was serving was very annoyed because I have more than one parcel because he was watching something on his phone . Basically he scanned all the bar codes together and put the labels randomly. Now I had to refund customers and lost a significant amount of money.

Staff are nice but I never know when it is open as Google does not reflect the right hours. Feels like they open/close when they want so you can?t rely on them. Frustrating as I would prefer to use them instead of the petrol station. Also frustrating as I often need to post via Yodel and often can?t. It?s Sunday & says online they are open until 8pm, it?s 2pm and they are closed!

Very pushy sales tactics, sodas are overpriced and selling vapes over 2ml which are illegal. Bought 2 vapes and had one of them with a defect. Came in to have it exchanged. Saying he told us to wait 5 minutes before use which is a lie (despite the instruction stating 60 seconds, which we followed). Was very dismissive and calling user error. Had a clearly underage teenager (looked like a repeat customer) trying to buy a vape, asked for ID at-least in from of us.
