Stayed for one night. Lovely staff, really lovely people on day and night shift.Room was not clean, bedding was dirty and bathroom was not very nice.I?d say if you?re crashing here for the night due to work, not the worst option but would not advise for anything other than that.

We took two hours more to get to Alyesbury,five hours ,and was greeted with a lovely lady ,Upendra,she gave us a lovely chocolate and sorted out our booking issues.

Staff very helpful especially the gentleman on reception rooms could do with an upgrade we stopped in room 50 shower head as an hole in the middle so water came out all over the side of the bath the shower curtain is to small it will not cover the whole of the bath toilet seat was lose at the bolts no tray with the tea coffee sugar and milk all in one bowl bed pillows very hard other hotels we have stopped at pillows nice and soft.

Stayed here for 1 night. TV in room wasn't working so we moved to another room which was fortunate as the first room smelt musty and was far from inviting. The staff are friendly and dealt with the situation well. The hotel itself is in need of updating especially in the rooms as they are very worn and tired in places. My overall impression is Premier Inn have let standards slip salt this location, nothing like what they advertise. There is no breakfast served here but the adjoining pub serves a nice breakfast.

Worst and most expensive Premier Inn I have stayed room 12 a disgrace. Would not even rate as a 1 star. Unable to shower as head ripped put from the wall.
