Neelam always provides excellent customer service and is extremely polite.
Every time I visit the Poundland on Aylesbury High Street, she makes me feel genuinely welcome. It?s clear that she puts real effort into her work, and it doesn?t go unnoticed.
Staff like Neelam truly deserve recognition for their dedication and hard work.

This Poundland is one of the good ones. A bit sparse of staff and mainly self-service tills, but it has most of the items one needs or wants at good, bargain prices. Easy to access and exit and not too far away from the bus or train stations should you travel in by public transport, Public, paid for car parking is also available nearby.

Poundland had a good selection of items at very reasonably prices. There are two stores in Aylesbury and the smaller High Street store has recently been reorganised so I'm still finding where things are and what has changed. I buy a lot in both of the Poundland stores here from medicines and toiletries to household products, tools, hardware and technology (e.g. phone cables and accessories). I also buy some foods and confectionery that I either cannot get anywhere else locally or can get in Poundland for less than in other stores.

My rights have been taken due to steriotypical attitudes towards the youth. My daughter was shopping for her lunch in this store until she was told by a member of staff to ?don?t put that in your pocket?. She was browsing on what to purchase on her lunch break. My daughter then proceeded to approach the till and pay for the products, until?she was leaving the store and got approached by another member of staff, where she was requested to open her bag. When the staff member got to her friends bag and found a birthday present of magic stars, she then assumed she hadn?t brought them, and asked for a receipt. I think this is very unfair to target all young people , due to a small minority of those who do commit theft. My daughter also suffers from social anxiety, and was left feeling distraught and unsettled. No one else was searched,
