I?d just like to pay a compliment to the store team at the Aylesbury store, I regularly go in to buy supplies and the team are always always ready with a smile and are happy to have a chat. It?s rare in customer service these days that politeness isn?t completely forced - but the team seem genuine happy to serve you and interact. Thank you for always making my visit pleasant. ??

I always get asked for an off-putting loyalty scheme, and I feel like their regular prices rip me off. I wish Pets would focus on bunnies only. It's depressing to think of all the animals killed for cat and dog food, which stinks badly throughout the store.

I came here for special treats for our dog. We buy dried venison sausage sticks and chicken breasts. We also get bird food in bulk. Not cheap, but good value for quality items.
