I've been ordering from Papa Johns for the last 6 months exclusively becuase I used to think its really good.
Yesterday I ordered my food at 3PM. It arrived at 4:40PM. I had to call the restaurant and the guy at the phone was extremely rude.
Not ordering from Papa Johns ever again.

Ordered pizza which showed online as delivered after one hour. It was still not delivered and when we called the first time the person hung up the phone saying that he can't hear me clearly. He didn't pick up when I called again from same number but picked up when I called from another phone.
Pizza delivered half an hour after that call. Cold and tasteless. Never going to order again and never going to recommend anyone to order.

It was already very late after the birth and we really had to eat.
So we ordered pizza and a chocolate chip cookie. Lovely belly full.

Online delivery failed but they took the money, tried to speak to the store but they were as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Won?t be ordering again!

Terrible customer service. Issues with online ordering and so I rang the shop, spoke to someone who literally could not care less and didn't even attempt to help.

For quite a long time Papa Johns was my favourite for pizza. It was always a 10/10 but I have to admit that for a few months the quality has been getting worse and the length of delivery time has been increasing. After today, following a one hour wait and phone call to the store, the food was cold and the buffalo wings were clearly just plain wings smothered with sauce, also cold. It was a total waste of money. Aylesbury Papa Johns is only getting worse and worse and needs to get a grip as this will only lead to losing business irreparably.

Delivery took 40 minutes which isn't impressive, pizza was warmish and wasn't cut very well.

Placed a take away order. Checked the app for details, however the food arrived 25 minutes after what the app said. I called and was told the food left 4 minutes ago, which was 20 minutes after it said it was delivered.Good cold. Poor service all round and won?t be back. The app is always wrong but I?ve cold food is unacceptable, and not good value.Avoid is my advice

Chicken was put in my vegan meal.They expected me to return to the shop to fix this. I was insulted down the phone and spoken to rudely.Do NOT go here if you have any dietary need. (Or expect cleanliness. I saw the cashier with his feet up on the side today. I was going to let it slide till you were rude to me when I said I was upset that you snuck chicken in my food, management can please check cctv)I am upset by this disgraceful contamination. I expect action on this.

Pizza was just coming out of oven when I arrived for collection. Nice food. Won't return unfortunately as they won't deliver to Wendover and when ever I go in that area there's nowhere to park, it's chaos up there! Car's are everywhere!Parking: Parking is terrible in this area. It must affect all the businesses in the area, I avoid that area most of the time.

If there was 0 star I would put ordered twice now and pizza has come stale and freezing cold where it?s been sitting under the heater for ages before getting delivered !! When u call and complain the response is sorry we was busy We can send u another one but a hour wait wen I?ve waited over a hour !! that?s not my problem get more staff and drivers !!Pizza has been sent back twice and not yet revived a refund customer service is shocking aswell AVOID this franchise at all cost
