My wife went into the store with some old and ?needed cleaning? jewellery.
The very kind assistant, Amelia, offered to clean it and for my wife to come back in 30 minutes.
We went back and it was all clean. Fabulous service. Really pleased. Thank you so much.

I always have a great experience and service in the Aylesbury Pandora. Today I went to buy a charm in memory of my dog and a little something for myself.
Mia is a very lovely lady who always makes time for a chat. One charm wasn't available so I was able to order online in the shop. Thank you for your kindness and compassion today.

Great experience today in the Aylesbury store. I purchased two pair of earrings a month ago and one earring became faulty. Amy did her best to repair it, however wanted to ensure that the customer was fully satisfied. Eventually she replaced my old order with a new pair of earrings. Thank you!

I had the most amazing, enjoyable shopping experience in my local Aylesbury branch. I had the pleasure of meeting Mia and Emily who went above and beyond to help me select the perfect additions to my bracelet for my 60th birthday. Not only did Mia clean my bracelet she helped organise the charms to optimum effect and it looks incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and they really made my day. I thoroughly recommend this branch for their exceptional customer service. I cannot wait to visit again. Thank you so much girls you are wonderful ?
