My first time at this shop and I used the Post Office. The person behind the counter was very friendly and was quick. I?d go there again.

Terrible experience. They messed up my parcels and now refuse to give me one that is clearly in my name. It?s their fault for mixing up the QR codes, but they won?t take responsibility. I asked to speak with a specific staff member and was told they only work Fridays. Then suddenly that same person appeared, when I said that I want ti speak with a manager, so clearly not true. He realised the mistake but still wouldn?t acknowledge it, and told me to get another code, which I can?t do because they caused the issue. On top of that, the language barrier made everything even more frustrating. Extremely unprofessional.

Shop could do with a bit of declutter but otherwise I have found Ann Debbie and their team very friendly and helpful. Self serve till is loosing money as cannot be monitored people not scanning items and walking out when busy. In the wrong place to view I would say as too many items on the till area blocking cashiers view.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Why can?t anything be simple! Post office is always a long wait! Tills left empty and staff hard to find and when you finally get someone they aren?t trained!!! It?s a joke!!!

I bought the broken product and when I went the next day to tell them they said couldn't help me and they don't give receipts all the time because they save the paper (said that if i want receipt i must insist more)and they were very disrespectful.

Anna,Ann or whatever her name is(short with dark hair) is a disgrace serving! So rude and impatient. Constantly moans. If you don?t want to work leave job for a nicer person! Rest of staff are lovely.

Small shop so can get crowded but they fix the problem by allowing so many people in at a time, sometimes. Does have very good deals on food and drink though and a huge variety of drink machines.

Normal experience in this shop is outstanding, especially the always happy and helpful Debbie. But the young lad I just had serve me was useless! Went off to the toilet when he see me walk in to an empty shop!!!! Rude young man. In my opinion
