ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE from 2 store assistants, at the O2 store, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. A younger looking man, was absolutely diabolical. Made me feel like I was lying, I was stupid and absolutely did not have any desire to help me, in a time where I needed the help. His whole body language, was that he could not care less about me and my problem. I am so anti technology, as i see it as a necessary evil. A soft guiding voice and personality, would have gone a long way with me. I truly believe, that this guy hates his job so much, he is out to destroy O2's reputation. It is staff like him, that ruin reputations. I even asked this guy, whether he absolutely liked his job? He just smiled ? sarcastically at me, I replied 'no then' for him.
I had no choice but to storm out of the shop, and go into 3, Aylesbury, next door. It was the best move ever, because what I experienced, next door to O2, Aylesbury, was the incredible customer service ever, with a you g guy who's name is Spanish, but for the life of me I simply cannot recall it.
If you are O2, Aylesbury shop management, and reading this review, please do something about this disgusting behaviour from your staff. He needs serious amounts of training, before letting him loose out with customers. I'm so upset I did not ask for his name. Dammit!
Everyone else reading this, save yourself the pain. Go to 3. Great ? customer service, and an amazing network provider now !

I popped in to the store this morning as my phone crashed. Ubaid helped sort out a new SIM card and when that didn?t work he didn?t give up! He worked magic and was very helpful and fixed the issue. Very grateful as I had been nearly two days without signal.
Definitely recommend Ubaid at O2 Aylesbury.

Seen by Ubaid. A most pleasant & polite young man.
I am 74 years old & not at all IT proficient ! Ubaid was most tolerant & talked me through all the problems & rectified my fone in a relatively short time. Good work & well done Ubaid.

Awful awful service, was mis-sold an contract and was charged double the amount each month. This contract was done in store and they did not want any involvement with dealing with the issue to the point when I next went in the store the team all ran round the back. It took me one year with many calls to get the money back that i was owed and of course a lot of unnecessary stress.

O2?s Switch Up Scheme ? Stuck Paying for Two Phones Due to Admin Failures
I?ve been an O2 customer for years, but my experience with their Switch Up upgrade programme has been frustrating beyond belief. I used Switch Up to upgrade from a Google Pixel Fold to a Pixel 9 Pro. My old phone was returned but rejected due to a cracked screen, which I immediately had professionally repaired via my insurance (Assurant).
Since then, I?ve been trying for months to return the repaired device and complete the trade-in ? but I?ve fallen into an administrative black hole. The original return order was closed by O2, and no one has been able to re-open or restart it. I?ve contacted customer service, visited the store (waited over 2 hours), emailed multiple departments, and even escalated the issue through two official complaints, but I?ve been passed from team to team with no resolution.
The result? I?ve now been charged for two phones for nearly a year ? the new device and the old one that I?ve been trying to return all along. O2 has offered £250 in goodwill credits across both complaints, but they?ve never fixed the root problem. I still have the original phone, still can?t return it, and still get charged monthly.
The Communications Ombudsman upheld my complaint, confirming that I acted appropriately and that O2 failed to follow its own terms. However, since this involves a loan agreement, I?ve now been forced to take the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
This isn?t about one mistake ? it?s about months of missed deadlines, broken promises, and no ownership from O2. I?ve acted in good faith, provided all the evidence, and used their services exactly as intended. Yet I?m the one left chasing a solution, out of pocket, and exhausted.
If you're considering using O2?s Switch Up ? think twice. It?s not the service they promise, and when something goes wrong, you?re left to fight your way through their system alone.

Awful service from this shop as a o2 user had to travel to another shop for help with programming a new phone as this shop said they no longer could help even though I had an account with them, stay clear but hope the service improves

O2 returns section says I can return my online order via post or any O2 store. O2 store say they can?t return online orders. Waste of a journey.

What a shock. Peter the ?manager? not a nice man. If you want to be shouted and told to leave the shop then this is the place for you. Morgan is the only man in the shop worth talking to.

This is the most useless store ive ever been to.
I moved here from Edinburgh on the 10th July, asking for a mobile 5g sim for a wireless modem. The bloke who served me then went through my account and i got rid of my Disney, as he offered me new deals they would save on my monthly.
Big mistake.
The 5g card didnt get anything like broadband speeds (15mps) - i complained and got laughed out of the shop, being told ?a tower was down? - i work in CGI and need a lot of the bandwidth. Having been laughed at by these bored despondent individuals made my blood boil.
So?i payed 250 quod for fibre and told them id cancel, they returned with a £610 bill for early cancellation!! Idiots.
THENTodayi get a bill for well over the odds, apparently im now paying for text message images, never a concern. These people are on the make, dont care and useless to deal with.
My final cantact, whilst the guy who did this deal (couldnt remember the bloke with a purple beard, from two weeks ago) ?
I said i?m done and will phone 02 hq, he said Yes, cant change anything. The manager was still on socials right behind me.
Do not trust this shop, ive never had such rubbish support, indeed never laughed at as a 21 year costumer.
Complaint had gone in. These lazy scam merchants need exposing. Avoid.

I went yesterday to look at upgrading my phone. The young man who served me was brilliant. Took time to explain options and answer questions. Very professional but also friendly allowing me time to review options and no sales pressure. I recommend this store and when I next have a need I will go back

Peter the manager was excellent.
Patient kind and thorough with regard to my iPhone storage and switching over phones. He worked so hard to make sure all my precious photos and info was safe
