Staff are rude and arrogant, don?t even acknowledge you. I went in to buy some earrings but thought I?d take my custom elsewhere. I work in a store and it doesn?t take much to greet and look after your customers.

Recent experience: Staff appeared to be arrogant, bossy and shouty. They are not paid to be there to serve customers, busy chit chatting amoung themselves. What had happened to this shop? It used to be friendly and helpful. Does New Look train their staff to care for their reputation?

Sunday opening hours wrong or staff still in bed? Online and the sign outside shop states 10:30 opening time on Sundays. As of 10:55 the shutters are still down? (29/09/24)

Staff 1/5Clothes 4/5Prices 2.5/5Size 3/5Overall 2/5. Staff rude and did not help. Manager was too interested in being proud of her job she didn't help anyone. Clothes look nice but sizes not accustomed to some people, some people I know who are 19 have to shop in the children's dept as the sizes don't fit. Others have to go to other shops because they are too small.

Today, Friday 11th August, I made a purchase inshore (a handbag). I was asked for my email for the receipt, which I refused to give, so was told that I can no longer have a paper receipt, it is by email ONLY. Perhaps I'm very behind the times, but this is ridiculous!
