Staff are rude and arrogant, don’t even acknowledge you. I went in to buy some earrings but thought I’d take my custom elsewhere. I work in a store and it doesn’t take much to greet and look after your customers.

Recent experience: Staff appeared to be arrogant, bossy and shouty. They are not paid to be there to serve customers, busy chit chatting amoung themselves. What had happened to this shop? It used to be friendly and helpful. Does New Look train their staff to care for their reputation?

Busy shop. Lots to choose from. Me as a man felt a bit overwhelmed. ? but all jokes aside. Clean and tidy with lots of clothes
