Wonderful customer service. When collecting my 'click and collect' order, the customer email system has gone down so I'd not been notified of 5 substitutions and no confirmation email had been sent. A colleague was on duty to come to my car. Checked my name, explained and offered a box of chocs to apologise! Thank you Morrisons, so few shops take care of customers now!

Morrisons is a large store with a great selection of fresh produce, groceries, household goods and a pharmacy. With a large car park and close proximity to Aylesbury town centre as well as the bus station and train station, it is an ideal place to shop.
