I was prescribed a new inhaler and the Pharmacist took the time to set it up for me and explain exactly how to use it, she also offered that when it was time to replace the cartridge she would happily do it for me. Today (24/10/2024) she actually phoned me to check how I am doing using the new Inhaler and to inform me that the replacement cartridge is ready for me to collect.
To me this is going far beyond what I would expect from my preferred Chemist.

I have to say I've found the Pharmacist to be the most helpful of any pharmacy I've used previously. If I have a change of medication she always calls to check how I'm getting on with it. Regular medication reviews without ever having to ask and most importantly always happy to answer questions and explain. First class service.

Serious and disturbing privacy issues with the pharmacist. The pharmacist loudly raised to a patient very serious, private and detailed medical issues regarding a prescription in earshot (2-3 feet) of other customers and staff. When an available consultation space was requested for privacy purpose to hear the pharmacist's private and detailed medical advice, the request was ignored. The pharmacist stated that the patient should "go to another pharmacist" if they didn't like it. Extremely disturbing and questionable privacy practices I hope Morrison's takes seriously.

Why do the creatures working in this pharmacy act so superior ? Constantly barking out instructions as if people are stupid. There is a proper way to say it idiots! I've worked in healthcare all my life and never behaved like this. Esp the two female creatures working here. We are not at your mercy. We are paying for the meds. Go and learn some basic manners.

Have been visiting this pharmacy and although the staff are generally busy, I have received my medication promptly, which is generally sent directly by my GP to the pharmacy electronically. Not had any other interaction other than simply going to collect my medication.

I have had nothing but positive experience with this pharmacy. Helpful friendly staff. No problems. Prescription usually ready on the same day. Excellent.

If I could rate a 0 star I would! Horrible, horrible, pharmacist who claims a child does not need an asthma preventer because he has a reliever. He refused my child?s medication. He was very aggressive and shouting and talking down to me. When I asked why he speaks to women this way, he then asked how do I know if he identifies as a woman or a man to try and get out of the situation. When I corrected him on a medication name he said he won?t ever serve me again. Hoping one day he gives the wrong person this disgusting attitude and they give him what for. He needs to be fired asap. Very very unprofessional.

I got my medication and when I asked the pharmacist why some of the strips of tablets where different. I was met with a challenging attitude, he even said I've been working for the nhs a long time I know what I'm doing. Arsey attitude. Did not help he was very aggressive. Maybe it was the thick African accent...

Useless visit. Wouln?t even ask what I needed. Pharmacist walked by without even looking.Employee asked him in a foreign language and he answered in the same.Rude as of course I was standing there.Never go unless you?re local and don?t need help or advice.Rude & careless.Very unprofessional

Called me a few days after I had collected my daughters prescription to ask if it was helping and if there was anything else they could do to support her- this was such a personalised touch and was very much appreciated.
