I recently HAD to visit the Mercedes 'garage' in Aylesbury as an employed driver taking a Sprinter van in for an airbag recall fix. As I suffer with Asperger's Syndrome, entering unknown establishments is always a challenge for me and I am NOT a typical Mercedes client/owner (I wear what is comfortable not fashionable!!), so entering a 'posh' establishment was particularly challenging for me but on this occasion when I entered the showroom, I was warmly greeted by ALL the staff I interacted with, even the diplomatic lady who demonstrated the very simple coffee machine that baffled me! I definitely recommend this establishment to anyone, especially anyone on the Autistic Spectrum, as all the staff I encountered were both non-judgemental and very approachable/kind. I did enter in conversation about only likely to enter such a showroom after winning the Lottery Jackpot, but the staff were still very helpful & informative about their fare (vehicles) which they allowed me to pore over - even without any prospect of selling one to me! I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff I connected with that day but also to the (unseen) management who have done a fantastic job in selecting & educating their staff to identify & positively react to those people in society (me) who 'don't fit the mould of neuro-typical individuals'. When I win the Lottery, I will certainly be re-visiting! THANK YOU folks.

I visited Aylesbury Mercedes as I was considering purchasing a fully electric Vito. I meet with Tony on Friday morning a couple of weeks ago. My first impression was very good, I explained what I was looking for and my intended use for the vehicle, I also explained I had over 25 years experience in selling, buying and dealing with the motor trade as a previous sales manager and sales person and buyer. I shared this information not to intimidating but to cut through the normal sales nonsense.We went for a drive and look round the eVito, I have to say as an electric skeptic and a petrolhead I was pleasantly surprised I was also surprised when I was unprompted offered a 24 hour test drive. I remember thinking this is why I?ve come to a main dealer for this extra service.When we got back to the showroom as we walked in the receptionist was sitting behind reception on her mobile and didn?t look up my wife looked over to me and said ?that?s not very professional? which I agreed.I had a recall on my current Vito and offered the opportunity to do this while I had the 24 hour demo as I know the importance to the dealer giving them sell up opportunities on servicing. I was told yeah we might be able to do that but don?t really get involved with the service side. This experience was going down hill rapidly, Tony and his manager went out to view my Vito and after about 10 mins came back in and said I will get a price and come back to you Tuesday. I told Tony what WBAC had offered and his reply was we normally come back about the same or slightly more.On Tuesday very late in the day I received a call with my valuation. Never in 25 years experience have I ever seen or experienced such a level of arrogance and disrespect, Tony went to great lengths to explain what a experience manager he has and all the tools available to him to value the vehicle even though they couldn?t work out how to get the VIN off the HPI as my private registration was recognised by the Mercedes system. Well OMG you could have knocked me down with a feather the price I was given was justified by its condition. I am complemented on a daily basis how nice and well presented my Vito is, so to receive a valuation 40% below its true trade valuation. This says two things to me, either we have returned to the 1980?s and all car dealers are crooks or the so called professional sales manger has no idea of how the used car market works.I know there is a difference between buying and selling, I also know the difference between main dealer and used car independents having run both very successfully. I also know that that a profit margin of 50% is not achievable. I showed Tony two valuations from two independent buyers and the worst highest mileage Vito on auto trader to show how ridiculous there valuation was and his attitude was I don?t value the vehicles and if you can get that take it and come back as we have reduced the car your looking at.I would not return to this dealer and part with my hard earned money if they was the last dealer in the country. I can?t believe the arrogance of a Mercedes Main Dealer thinking you can treat a customer however you like, disrespect them however they like and the customer will part with £70,000 get in the real world we are no longer in the 80?s and 90?s clearly Aylesbury is stuck in the past.If you visit Aylesbury Mercedes because they have a particular used car Please Please do your homework before accepting any deal from them, if the vehicle is not unique go elsewhere even if its out of area.

You can wait/work in their lounge while they service your car. They couldn?t do the water service as the temperatures dropped when I went but they are good otherwise ??

Don?t try to phone them!I started at 9am this morning trying to speak to someone at the dealership. All I wanted to know was if they had an item of branded merchandise in stock before I travelled. Promised twice that someone would call me back. You cannot speak to anyone on site, everybody is remotely located. When they eventually do put you through no one answers the phone! I must have called around 6 or 7 times this morning and at 11.30 I gave up and went to Oxford Mercedes ( Inchcape ). I should have done that in the first place. If you have anything other than a routine call the robots in the remote call centres cannot deal with it. Don?t waste your time???I am still waiting to be called back and it?s 1pm now!

Amazing help from Ella! Thank you!! Service with a smile. :) Very professional & lovely demeanor / fantastic customer service overall. She helped me sort things with third party warranty provider & so I paid a lot less than I would have for repairs. The Mercedes team in general were great as usual. Always great to have the car back valeted after having work done on it. China was also very patient and helpful. Nippy little A-class courtesy car provided while car was in the workshop which was also fun to drive for a bit. Will definitely be back in the future if I need any assistance with the car.

I did the mot at Merc Aylesbury and I received an update on the computer without anyone notifying me, I was only paying for the mot and I mistakenly chose the adblue system and they also filled me with some adblue for which they wanted to pay but the car had adblue, but they they filled up, they didn't notify me either, only at the collection saying that I have to pay for adblue, so I ended up with a big error in the car and now I'm trying to fix it, because they can help me with the diagnosis, which costs 150 £ and after that they fix what they broke for a fee. I do not recommend and I will never go to them again.

I dealt with Jaeden recently when I purchased a used Mercedes. He was excellent from start to finish, providing the perfect blend of information, approachability and professionalism throughout. My experience at Mercedes Aylesbury was so much better than previous experiences with comparable competitor brands. Would absolutely recommend coming here to buy a car!
