Huge let down from M&S this Christmas. Both foodhalls in Aylesbury have reduced their "free from" lines, just in time for Christmas! Items I could buy 2 weeks ago are no longer on the shelf and zero Yorkshire puddings to be had at either store. The high Street store has removed them indefinitely and the broadfields retail park had no stock, no shelf label for them, 2 members of staff didn't know why there was no label, contacted customer service and they have no idea when they will be back. Those of us that that live with food intolerances and allergies have very few and far between choices at the best of times, but you have screwed us over this Christmas. Your Christmas free from yule log is also shocking! It does not resemble the picture on the box at all. It is 80%buttercream and 20% dry sponge. Really disappointed with you M & S

Been coming here since last year (in the café) and always been good service, we always come for their breakfast when they open at 9. I always recommend their Eggs Royale and their Choc & Cookie Milkshakes, always delish! ??

Went to buy roses today from M&S only to find they didn?t have any water in the container. £12 for roses which were bone dry and likely to die because of it. I told an assistant who abruptly replied that she?d mention it when she could. Not what I expect from M&S in either regard.

This has to be the worse service of any cafe I have been to, awful slow service, 1 person serving while the older lady was stood around chatting and also texting on her phone, Don't bother with this place .

Was with my wife and 2 young kids. Constantly followed round by security. Made us feel really uncomfortable. I asked if there was a problem to which she said no and continued to follow. Showed her my receipt on the way out and asked if wanted to check to which she said something to which I couldn?t understand as her English was poor but sounded rather abrupt. She/he (couldn?t tell) needs removing from the eye of the public. Won?t be using this store again.

The cafe is rather small and rather expensive for what it is, but it's M&S food. Haven't used the foodhall as such, but they're everywhere the same. I've always found M&S food second to none.
