Popped in to get a few bits for dinner and found a few salad bits that were reduced in price. Very nice prawn and pasta salad and a coleslaw with fruit which was great. Enjoyed our salad with potatoes from the garden and some ham.

A great store , full of helpful staff and always a nice welcoming atmosphere. We are regulars. Only 4 Stars as their wonderful Security Man has to stand at the wide open front door in the middle of winter in Baltic conditions just to do his job. Seems unfair and our hearts go out to him each time we enter and exit. Despite this, he still has a friendly wave and a smile on his face greeting customers. To the Store Manager - please spare a thought for the conditions your security staff.

My partner was today accused of shoplifting immediately after paying for almost £40 of clothing and forced to empty her bag in the middle of the store while juggling a baby, the member of staff conducting this was neither security or management. It was implied that she "looked like a shoplifter" and no apology was given, this behaviour is completely disgusting.

Visited menswear department in Aylesbury yesterday and today to sort out several pairs of pyjamas for my elderly dad. Lady called Tong assisted me and she couldn't have been more helpful. She asked about dad's needs and suggested which would be best. I don't see well so she helped me find sizes. Today, I had to go in and get a larger size. Tong remembered me and all the details frim yesterday. She has made my life much easier thus week.

Helpful staff, they managed to find a wheelchair for my mother, who was a bit worn out from using her wheelie walker.
