Visited today looking for a nice red wine for my brothers 70th birthday. A young lady asked if we needed help as soon as walked in, with a smile as well. Went in for some advice, not a wine person - there was a wine tasting session going on and clearly a load of regulars - no time to help me after initially offering to do so, to be honest it just made me feel silly so I left. Disappointing to say the least.
