I went to the Aylesbury branch to get some Euros. Very small amount. I had to wait over 20 mins for them to hand over the money. During this time I was told to take a seat whilst the operator went to get someone to sort the money. She walked away leaving all my bank details and signature on the slip, on her desk for everyone to see. Huge GDPR fail. I returned to the desk to protect my bank details. Very very poor service.

I have been a Lloyds customer for 35 years.I have made them a lot of money .Now happily retired I popped in Tuesday to transfer some money. Suffering from prostate cancer and holding a Mcmillan Cancer Card.I requested use of a toilet as I wanted to pee. I was refused in a snotty way,it made me feel uncomfortable The old days of having a great business manager and treating yhem to lunch have long gone What's in its place is a Mrs Bucket ( keeping up Appearances). I won't be rushing back to be treated like dirt

I think you need to add a cash deposit machine outside of the bank seeing as its inside for the people that can't make it there before 2pm closing time due to work obligations just a thought ?
