Was just in this store when a customer started ranting & raving at one of the poor servers on the checkouts. I was stood in the queue throughout and heard every part of the conversation. I just want to say that the lady on the tills was extremely calm, level-headed and professional, much more than most of us would have been when getting shouted at by a crazy lady! The customer was complaining that ?all of your prices are wrong?, to which the server only replied that the prices are displayed above rather than below. This set the woman off, she raised her voice and was calling the server names and just having an absolute blow out at her. I hope the server is ok, so sorry you have to deal with members of the public like this!
