Kwik does not mean Quick. Had 2 appointments last week: (1) 2 front tyres to be replaced. Appointment booked for afternoon as it was urgent, when I arrived on time, the place didn't look busy, but still it took 2 hrs to replace the tyres (pre-booked online). (2) Battery replacement. One of the worst pieces of customer service I have ever experienced!
Went in to have my tyres checked for replacing at the weekend.
Was abruptly told that they had no time for me that day, they didn’t even have time to have this conversation with me, and to come back another time.
