If you get your nails done here DO NOT GET them with the older lady. Worst customer service I have ever received. I asked her to sort out the bump on my nails, she did one stroke of the nail file and shrugged her shoulders. Never checked with me to see if they were correct at only moment throughout the process. Not friendly at all. Awful customer service.

I called ahead and was told to come at 6:30pm so I did. From hindsight I wouldn?t come near closing time. Although Jess was lovely, she was extremely rough as I think she was rushing, the end result is that I paid £45 for acrylic nails that were placed unevenly and layered too thickly. I will not be going back again.

Will NEVER go back!!... where do I even start -Had an 11am appointment, got told to sit down and wait and when it was time for me to have my nails done, just got told to "sit" as a woman pointed at a chair where she was sitting.She put the acrylic on, I asked to have them filed down, so she did but didn?t check the length of any of them when she was finished with them to see if they even matched eachother, so i was left to do this myself!! She then proceeded to tell me that my nails wouldn't look good if I had a short coffin shape (which is what I Always get)...Wasn't until I got out of the salon, that I also noticed that my nails hadn't been painted all the way down my nail so I had ridiculous gaps!She was so harsh on my nails that the acrylics lasted 5 days before the tips snapped off so now I've had to spend more money at another salon, having them sorted out because of the incompetence of other salons.All in all, I spent 45 minutes in the Nail bar, in which 25 of those were for me waiting and the other 10 were underneath the dryer. 10 minutes to do someone's acrylics?! DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!!Got my gels done here for a reasonable price but the nails aren't durable or well done. The nails were done unevenly with about half an inch by the cuticles left unpainted. The nails have started chipping and coming off less than a week after being done. Its now been a little over a week and they've chipped all over.Update: week 2 and I went to get the gels taken off because they were peeling badly. Horrible experience, the gels were take off so poorly every one of my nails is scratched up. The lady doing my nails missed spots and when I pointed them out she filed them off with a nail file. When I pointed out that they scratched my nails they said its normal (it absolutely isnt), put some oil on and sent me on my way. Never coming here again.

Absolutely APPALLINGI went to get my nails done here this afternoon with her friend and the man I had was the most rude , ill - mannered , unpleasant person I have come across . I asked him to the cut the acrylic nails the same length as my friend sat next to me , he obviously didn?t listen and proceeded to cut them to the point were the acrylics were the same length as my actual nails which are as short as they can go making the acrylics completely pointless . I then said I?m really sorry but they?re too short and not what I asked for to which he then ranted at me and complained to his coworker in a different language making me feel very uncomfortable . He then started to aggressively rip them off leaving a few of my nails to bleed as I left the salon . He also said he would charge me extra . This behaviour was quite frankly disgusting and childish and while the lady my friend had was lovely he was not . I have no problems with the salon but with the staff itself
