Rude staff. Even though I know the member of staff that served me he was very cold and spoke to me dryly in an effort to appear professional. Well he can get stuffed saying hello to me outside work I can tell you. Closing my account. Stick to Barclays or Lloyds people!

I would like to thank the very kind and sympathetic Bank assistant, who was sitting at the door entrance. On Friday my purse was stolen in Aylesbury, she dealt with this in a very professional way.

Zero stars if I could! Zero customer service! The worst bank branch I have ever been to. One member of staff, FLEUR, was extremely rude and unhelpful, stay away if you can! Waste of time. All she said to me was to use online banking! I told her I do not have access as I am moving houses , I just came to change my address! I asked her to just check at least if I have option of paperless active to prevent letters coming to old address.Her answer was to use online banking!Instead of helping she started investigating how I lost my bank papers and calculator and it came out later that she BLOCKED MY CARD!!!!!!!!! not even telling me about that!!!!!!!!!!!No sorry, apologies for inconvenience, no thank you, not even good bye!!!Today I filed an official complaint on Fleur, waiting now for result.It took me less than a minute to change my address in Lloyds and Tsb banks the same day when I came in .....

The worse customer service experience ever. Poorly trained staff as different staff were provided conflicting advise. Bad tempered that in the end one had to apologise for her statement.

Fantastic! We set up our accounts with them a few years and they were incredibly helpful, whenever I've had to go into the branch since they've been really friendly and always help whenever I have an issue! :)

I have had this bank for three years. but in the last year, I found myself terribly bad. atm out, he didn't give me the money and I had to wait two months, before getting it back by calling every day. two weeks ago, I physically went to the bank to get my bank statement. the girl, very arrogantly, told me that she could not print because the machine did not work. they sent me home, the sheets with all the movements of my card. the bill does not come back, I needed it, I went back two days later, and it was closed for construction. without notifying customers. they send emails for many things, but the most important ones don't. if people are addressed with arrogance, they never return. i think i will change bank soon.

I've had to visit the branch a few times recently for various reasons and have been treated beautifully every time. Today I was welcomed by Andrea who was checking the amount of people coming in etc... following the revised rules after lockdown. When I had a question she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. A few rude people came in but she maintained her professional manner and was always polite. She is a credit to HSBC. Thank you.

Why can this bank not let you make large withdrawals from your account?? I often need to take out £500+ but am sent to the ATM every time. I then receive the smallest denomination of notes and am never allowed to exchange them there for larger ones.
