Just put this place out of its misery, along with the rest of Aylesbury.
Went in on a Saturday afternoon. There were more staff than customers. Staff were all 'geezers' talking together in a group. Can definitely see the Mike Ashley influence. The store was only dimly lit, leading us to think it was actually closing/closed when we first walked in.
It just smacks of a store in terminal decline.

Be careful and hope my review will be useful about this company Ordered kids coats online on houseoffrecer.co.uk ,but part of delivery come from Sport Direct ,which show the level with different prices ,much more cheaper .Never order again ,because they resell the clothes from Sport Direct .Try to costumer service ,buy they don?t wanna refund the different . They were very rude in their conversation and couldn't help in any way. As a result, after 30 minutes of waiting, they simply cut off the connection.

HOF itself is not an issue. But Game is going downhill. Two separate weekends I've been into Game and there is no game staff or experienced person to speak to..

Disgusting service!!
They do not offer refunds and do not advise you of this. I asked this young manager to refund me and he just laughed. Used the store credit to buy online as refuse to use the Aylesbury store. Ordered Samung Ear buds and have been waiting for nearly two weeks and still not received. Sent emails and went on web chat but no one responde or answers. Still chasing.

Its Lovely to see the shop properly up x running , so sad how few customers though , i miss the cafe though, I used to love sitting there overlooking the centre.

We arrived on a Saturday morning for suites from Skopes for my wedding grooms party. We were served by a wonderful lady called Saffi (i hope I've spelt it correctly), Saffi was fantastic and a pure credit to the store! She was so helpful and knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to make sure we got the correct suits.
We managed to leave with all of our suits and very happy costumers. Thank you so much Saffi for making this a fun, pleasant and stress free experience.

Do not use Evri to deliver your House Of Fraser order Evri are utterly useless!!! Very unreliable paid £9.99 for next day delivery for Birthday present still not arrived 3days later & no contact number to speak to a human!!
Same for House Of Fraser no one to speak to even local store Aylesbury not picking up both are the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Will never order or use Evri again, stay well away!!!

Avoid. I have been sent out of date hampers and incorrect items that I am having to jump through hoops to try and return. They still haven't resolved it despite exchanging many emails . Cidalia in Customer services won't record it as an official complaint despite my request to escalate it for a quicker resolution.

We were looking for suits for our 3 teenage boys. Safi, apologies if spelt wrong, in the Skopes area was amazing. She correctly sized the boys and had appropriate suits to try on within minutes. These fitted perfectly, and she really made for a great shopping experience. Would thoroughly recommend her to anyone needing to purchase a suit.
