I went with my BF - she's really CREATIVE. Staff personable. Lots of choice. Some Christmas items reduced as it was boxing day. Some items bit pricey. LONG TIME in the queue, as whilst BF being served, her experienced server - LEFT HER - more than once - to train a staff member in what senior SERVER loved - knitting!!! So a customer AFTER us, got 2 members of staff - whilst we "hung about"?RUDE.VERY RUDE. No one apologised NOR thanked us....? not staff, not greedy customer. REMINDED ME OF AN EPISODE OF FRASIER ???

I didn't find the item I was looking for in the appropriate size and they were on a shelf, mis-labelled and mixed with other products so very difficult to find.

No origami paper, travelled from Buckingham as needed it urgently as part of a gift only to be told to go online. They don't have what I wanted even online.
