Tell you something. I'm not a massive fan of shopping. But I do like the amount of clothes they have for men. Very comfortable. Nice and friendly here too

The team needs intensive training on basic customer service, they handled the situation in very unprofessional manner.
I was charged over on my shopping and when I mentioned it, the cashier told me to have a full refund and buy again, I wasn?t happy to do that rather I wanted them to just refund me the difference, she wasn?t apologetic and didn?t explain me different option rather asked me to buy again, Manager was called over and even she didn?t apologize or explained me the options rather told me to have full refund and buy again. I didn?t agree and at the end they did refund me the difference.
Very rude and unprofessional team
The team in The Center store (MK) are way more professional and helpful.

Great range of clothing for women with competitive prices compared to other retailers in town. Always experienced friendly customer service too! The only thing that lets it down is the changing rooms, the floor is always covered in big balls of fluff! There are also no stools/chairs in the changing rooms either which makes it awkward sometimes!

Staff 4/5Sizes 1/5Prices 3/5Overall 3/5. No clothes fit me, I love the styles but none remotely fit me. Tops too tight but arms too baggy. Jeans too baggy but waistband too tight. Only jumpers from here fit me. Staff were nice but kind of 'cold', seemed unhappy to be there.
