I had a very pesky licence plate bulb that needed replacing and knowing how ridiculously hard nissan pixo bulbs are to change, asked if it could be done before paying. The manager ( i think) came and took a look for me....he as a superstar, it was indeed a mare to change but he took the challenge head on. Super impressed. Also, used Halfords mobile tyre change, awesome service. Recommend all round. Very happy lady

One star as it won't let me leave zero. No item despite using click and collect. Even the staff didn't know the item wasn't available. Stood around waiting for something that doesn't exist!

I have visited Halfords twice in the last month and have been so pleased with the level of service. On both occasions I was fortunate enough to be helped by Usman. He is an absolute star: knowledgeable, keen to please and so pleasant and nice to work with. I do hope the company realise what a fantastic asset he is. Thank you Usman (I hope I have spelt your name correctly!)
