Three windscreen chips done but smaller chips that were supposed to be filled were not as the member of staff was taken off the job as they were too busy. Unfortunately completing the job and customer satisfaction obviously not considered a high enough priority

Friendly customer service for a click and collect, but as well as collecting that I also wanted another product which wasn't on display so they said it would be out of stock. But when home I saw that product was also on 1 hour click and collect from same store.

Rubbish customer service. Purchased a bicycle online and had a pick up slot for 10am Saturday. Got there to pick it up only to be told it would not be in until the following Thursday. The person who told me this then said that they where going to ring me to let me know, it's a bit late once I had turn up at the time I was booked in for!?! Typical of this store, it's not the first time they can't get anything right. I just hope my bicycle actually turns up....

I recieved brilliant customer service from Brandon at Halfords Aylesbury, he helped me to connect my phone app to my Nextbase dash cam that wasn't working correctly. He went above and beyond to help me and took time to problem solve multiple issues that arose until everything was sorted.

I was in a queue for 10-15 mins before someone came to serve me. I was then asked patronising questions about my visit to the shop. After telling one of the two staff members about my visit, the next thing was where is the reference number . It's the way the staff member was talking to me which didn't go well with me. It was like as if I had come to take a bike that I didn't pay for. So I was supposed to prove myself innocent to him .I think I was not received with diginit and respect on the basis of how I look compared to other people who looked different from me. Some of the curtesy initiatives which were given to others in front of me freely were not offered to me. I had to ask instead. I am proud of how I look, and God is diverse in nature. That's why we look different.I buy things online for collection in shops like M&S and Argos, and they seem to value their customers more than my experience at Halfords Aylesbury bicycle shop. This is the second bicycle which I have bought for my children. Hopefully this will help to improve customer service.K.R. Joe

When I collected my serviced bike, the gentleman had adjusted my bike to make it more comfortable for me. He offered to carry my bike down the stairs, which he did, and was very kind and friendly. Super customer service and care.

Website showed in stock at the Aylesbury store. Did not reserve as did not see a charging cradle to be high turnover.Drove 40 minutes.Arrived in store to no stock. Told all been stolen.Staff in store were great help and fine, no issues with the customer service, just the stock control.I then drove on to another store in Bicester, about thirty minutes away from that one, after this time reserving the item.Phone call on the way (very shortly after placing the order) that I could not hear as I hadn't synched my phone due to low battery. They tried again and then left a voice mail, so again no issues with customer service.But this is now essentially a three hour trip that could have been avoided with decent stock control.Not best pleased, though again, the staff that I dealt with were great.

The person who served us was amazing. Very helpful under a lot of pressure with so many customers in the cycle department.However, we collected the bike at 11am for my 11 year old grandson. He was so excited and later that day he went with a friend for a ride.At 6pm I got a call. His left pedal had fallen off. I had to drive over to where he was and try to repair it.The left pedal arm where the pedal fitted it looked like the thread was damaged. I tried my best to reinstate the pedal but it may net be secure because of the thread.We are taking the bike back in on Tuesday to complain about the build and fitting of the pedal and that the 2 opposite pedal nuts looked totally different. Perhaps being the issue.Not great, not safe and not very happy.

Child Seats 5 Stars at least!Had the absolute pleasure of visiting Halfords in Aylesbury today and was served by a lady called Sian who was absolutely incredible!Not only was she super polite, pleasant and truly customer focused but had knowledge on child?s seats to the extreme! Absolutely incredible, there was nothing she did not know, she even measured, weighed and spoke my little three year old through the excitement of a new seat.So much so, I bought two!Well done Halfords and to Sian who demonstrated a relentless focus on the customer experience, an absolute pleasure and highly recommended if you want someone to walk you through all the options and make sure you have the right seat for you and your little one, then go and see Sian at Halfords ?Five Stars ?? ????????

Popped in today to have a break bulb replaced. The seal was gone on the light however Alex was so helpful and tried his best to salvage the light for me (it was too far gone unfortunately). I was having a really rubbish day but Alex was so lovely and friendly it made my day seem a little better! Top-tier customer service! ??

Items not in store so was offered 1 hour click and collect and told to wait until confirmation to go collect it. I needed this motorcycle battery badly as it was on my day off.Over 7 hours later I got the text and email to say it was ready?..just as the shop was shutting.Useless.At least they hold the item for 7 days until my next day off?bit too late then really.If you can?t fulfil the promise, don?t make it.
