Went to pick up a gift voucher but couldn't as they said the system wasn't working.If you cannot offer them, perhaps it would be better to take them off the counter so customers are not still picking them up.

Do not order via Just Eat from this Greggs. The staff here are completely useless. I?ve ordered from here twice, and both times I?ve received half my order! Like, whole chunks of my order missing? I?m talking 3-4 items each time!!! You call up to question them and they offer freebies if you?re ever at that particular greggs again? How does that help me now?! Or the option to go pick up the food they forgot to give you? it?s bloody ridiculous and so frustrating. How about, do your job properly so that people don?t have to fix your mistakes. How can you get it so wrong? Staff need extra training and proper management who can monitor what is sent out of that particular branch. It just shows a complete lack of care towards customers, no effort is being put in by any of the staff here. I wouldn?t waste your time or money - times are hard and takeaways are a treat, only to be given this complete sham of a service and no help following the errors caused by your team. Thanks for nothing guys!

I came here to work because the nearby Costa was rammed. Staff were nice and left me to it. It was the usual good quality Greg's food. However they need plug sockets for people that want to work and eat/drink.

More attention to deliveries and laughing amongst themselves than serving the 15 que out the door. Deliveries are getting stupid.
