Very poor service from a miserable looking young boy. Baguettes was very dry, no sauce at all, just ketchup sat gets thrown to me. Pasties stone cold, festive drinks was bot hot! Did not look like as advertised in the least. Greggs head company needs to look at this particular shop and have a complete customer service reform and change of staff and take a good look at the reviews.

Terrible customer service. Rolls were cold and asked to make new one and I was happy to wait. She looked at me like I am a begger ( asking for free food) and said this is all we have. When I insist to make fresh one then she made with lazy look like she was doing me a favour giving me what I paid for.
Next customer cancelled their entire family order just because she was not offering ketchup.
This store is only surviving because of brand name " Greggs".

Awful customer service. I ordered two pizzas and they were stone cold. Went back and the attitude I got from the staff member, he made me feel like it was my fault. He said basically have it cold not my fault. In the end I got hot pizzas but the way he way he slammed the pizzas at me I thought was very rude.

A special message for Monica who served me today, I didn?t think it was possible for someone to be so rude and so bad at their job and yet still talk to people like they had an air of superiority. I don?t know who was worse, you, or whichever manager decided you were fit for a customer service role.
