Jack the assistant manager is very professional and attentive. I called up at 10am on a Saturday and they slotted me in for 12pm. Absolutely amazing. Ross changed my wheels and was showing me the process and what he?s doing. Great guys and really affordable prices. Highly recommend.

Poor customer service, lazy staff and slow. Arrived for a 14:30 appointment on time - told abruptly it will be one hour. Came back one hour later and the fitting of two tyres hadn?t even started - all three staff members stood outside smoking! Ignored when I asked them why they hadn?t started and told to wait. Finally completed the fitting of two new tyres over two hours later. The workshop wasn?t busy and the staff were working very slowly. I?ll stick to ATS or Kwik fit in the future

Awful experience!!!First of all I have booked an appointment for 10:30 Sunday (04/02/2024) to change all 4 tires on my car. Once I got there the staff told me, that they are not able to carry out the job on my car, as they are short on staff and they are fully booked (I had my booking as well, that has been confirmed by them days ago!!!). No one called me or messaged me to not to come on Sunday due to the issues they have, I have been informed when I got there? Anyway!So they told me in the office to come back at another time. I told them that I?m doing night shift, so I need an early appointment if possible. They rebooked me for today (06/02/2024) at 8:30. The staff promised me that I will be the first today at 8:30, because of the inconvenience that they caused to me on Sunday and it should be done within 1 hour (9:30).So I arrived at 8:29 with the hope that I will be able to leave in 1 hour. But insead of starting the job on my car, they changed a tire on another car, after that they changed a tire on a van which arrived after me and then my car was the next.During the time they were working on my car, they stopped to handle many phone calls, to receive delivery from 2-3 different suppliers and also stopped to talk to each other many times.It took 2,5 hours for them to do the job that I booked FOR SUNDAY, even if they promised me that I will be the first after they sent me home previously?I arrived at 8:29 and left the garage at 10:58, instead of 9:30.This is disgusting, disrespectful and awful! This was the worst experience I ever had and I will NEVER go back to this place again!!!
