I have been going to this place every week. Taking same meal every week for £20. Last time I have been there on 09.08.25 and I been charged Twice. The gentleman behind the counter said that if u get charged twice to come back and money will be given back without any problem. I forgot to check on the day and next morning realized that I was charged twice. I went back to get my money thinking it's obvious. I was wrong. I was told that they will not give me money back and to come back another day. Today I am going back for my money. I will post regarding the results. I can see they are doing everything they can to not give back. Regardless if I get my money back or not I am not going to go there again. And yes it is only £20 but if they do that on a fee customers a day and get away with it. Just for justice if I will not get money back I will put more money in to take them to court and yes it is only 20 pounds as I said but also I am not going to let go of hardly earned money just to get robbed in daylight!
The answer to your response is that I have done that the next day and I was told to come back in 3 days... I came back after 7 days. I was sure there will be a problem however I received the money back. However no sorry no kind of like it's our fault and we apologies... No just got a look like I was a problem... Well what can I say. Food is good however staff not really helpful not nice and when there is a problem then good luck!

Food never disappoints. However the customer service from the staff is very poor. Took them over an hour to prepare 20 wings when they said it would only be a 15 min wait.

You should expand.. that's the best meal . Chicken that is I've had for a while. I work away and I don't like the usual kfc.

Very disappointed cancelled order and I have used this place a great deal as the chicken is far superior to KFC my huge gripe is why have you got no spicy bbq wings anymore ?
Update, order this evening 12/02/25 and the spicy bbq wings were back , and absolutely off the scale for deliciousness.thank you ?

Initially, I would like to emphasize that the food served at this establishment is exceptionally fresh and, in my opinion, superior to that offered by KFC. My children particularly enjoy the spicy and crispy Fire Burger meals each time we visit. Personally, I have a preference for the Double-Ringer burger, while my wife favors the signature chicken pieces.
Regardless of the size of the order, I consistently experience meticulous service, as the staff are well-trained, knowledgeable, and familiar with the menu offerings. On occasion, they have been instrumental in helping me secure a more economical meal deal, particularly when I opt for higher-priced items. The staff exhibit a friendly demeanor, and I have never had to endure an extended wait time for food, as the service is remarkably efficient.
In conclusion, due to the freshness of the food and the exemplary customer service, I highly recommend this restaurant to all patrons.

9£ for 9 spicy wings meal !!! and 7 of them was middle part of chicken wings and very small portion of chips!
Cheaper to eat in central London !as usual rude stuff as well

Bought 2 fillet of fire burgers yesterday,
Noticed staff member (only one of them working around 1pm) not wearing any gloves when handling my burgers, no hair net etc.
Burgers tasted old, maybe from day before.
I've been up all night throwing the burgers up.
Council has been contacted too

Absolutely abysmal!
Have never experienced such rude staff! twice we have been in store to order food and twice they have got it wrong! When we called to inform them of this, they hung up on us! Absolutely joke of a place, poor customer service and dry / far below average food. Have also never know a chicken shop to ?run out? out of so many items so early into a Friday night (6:30pm)

Not sure what's happened at this shop. The quality and service used to be really good, but they've fallen off a cliff recently. Don't order from Uber or Just Eat as they'll "forget" to give you any sauce sachets and will have an excuse to give you old/stale fries. Imran is a really good guy and knows what he's doing, but the rest are clueless.

Ridiculous, I?ve come here 3 times and each time I?ve had a problem. The first time the chicken was raw, second time I was given the wrong order and had to wait 20 minutes for them to correct it even though it was only a small order and a quiet atmosphere. But today was the absolute worst. I ordered and paid for two burger plus meals for me and my father. After a reasonable wait he gave me 1 meal, but when I asked where the other meal was he said I only ordered 1 meal. Now there was only 1 other customer in there other than me and my father, so there was absolutely no way he could have gotten confused. A burger plus meal is £7.49, and I gave this guy £20 for two meals, and he gave me £5.02 back. I?ll let you guys do the math. Then I asked him to check the register and he said ?I don?t need to check the register my friend, I know I only charged you for 1 meal? which just proved he was trying to scam me, but sorry son I?m not a fool. After god knows how long of arguing, he finally gave me the second meal, but by that point the first meal was cold but, that part didn?t matter to me, cause I enjoy fried chicken hot or cold.
Now I?m not gonna say stay away from this place because you just can?t go by what other people say. But these are my experiences with this place and I hope it can improve.
