We wanted to exchange dollars for pounds and placed an online order, confirmed as ready for collection. When we arrived with our driver's licenses as our IDs, they asked about our nationality and demanded a passport, leading to suspicions of discrimination. Upon returning with our passports, they then requested proof of the money's origin. As immigrants, we were allowed to bring that amount without any proof. Despite this, they refused our order, were rude, and encouraged filing a complaint. The entire experience was unpleasant, and they caused us additional and unnecessary trips today

Today 25th November we had a very bad experience here, 2 ladies in store were really rude , not helpful and were looking for excuse to not to their job, the lady provided no assistance or guidance, insisting that if we were unhappy, we should file a complaint. This experience was far from pleasant, and we are profoundly disappointed. We value our time, and this ordeal was an unwarranted waste.

When there to change 150 euros in pounds, even tho they said they will give me a good rate if i come back from my holiday with money left, they gave such a rubbish rate! I don't recommend them at all!

I had a disappointing experience at Eurochange Aylesbury-Friar Square today. The lady on duty today, August 8th, 2023, was incredibly rude and dismissive. I needed to collect money that was sent by the same person on two separate occasions, but I decided to pick up both amounts at once. When I explained the situation, she questioned why the money wasn't sent together. I provided her with the exact reason, a family member, the sender, had given me. Shockingly, she outright stated, "Well, I don't think that's true." It's beyond unacceptable for her to call my family member a liar. Her attitude and behaviour ruined what should have been a simple transaction.

Exchanged some pounds here a few weeks ago and was dealt by with Milena who was very welcoming, friendly & approachable.A huge thank you also to Shobita who was also efficient and had a lovely happy attitude. Both staff members had exceptional service and helped me very quickly by giving me the best options in my exchange!

I am disappointed with the man on duty today though he explained that he was a reliever only for aylesbury branch for today but I find that the way he respond to me is a little bit rude. So, I came there yesterday to send money, I was assisted by the two ladies on duty they are very responsive gonna give them 5 stars but unfortunately when I came home I found out that my passport was missing it was late night so I decided to check it today and I got nothing. It was my first time to experience such scenario that the staff is having attitude towards the customer. I understand that he was not there when I had the transaction but atleast he should treat me in a good manner and the tone of his voice was high that made me mad to write my review here. I was trying also to get a contact number that I can talk with but he told its not possible for him to give any.
