Service is slow due to insufficient staff to deal with counter sales and collections.
They are proficient when it is your turn but they seem happy to keep you waiting for 20 minutes, or more, even if it is a pre-paid collection.

Bought shock absorber from them I give my registration no thy still gave me wrong part I took the part to mechanic he opens the shock absorber and whe he was putting the new one they were not fit mechanic charge me 100 pound but euro part not compensate me they just gave refund very bad customer service they also take ages to serve one customer they don?t care about customers standing on queue they just chilling in the back storage room

Atrocious customer service ... took days to respond to whatsapp messages and then just didnt bother responding when they realised a product id questioned them about didnt actually fit one of the vehicles they were advertising it for ! Useless !

The young girl on the till with glasses is always incredible, really great service throughout even when there are issues (e.g Items out of stock, Order parts missing), regardless of a long queue I?ve never had a negative experience due to the great service.

Ordered a battery 2 days ago with express delivery, well within their own guidelines for next day. Had no information on dispatch or anything at all, called twice today to check on progress and was only told it was to be chased up, the only euro car parts location I've ever had any issues with, won't be using again if i have other choices

Was,nt open when l went to pick battery up.10 other cars pulled up while l was their. The Milton Keynes shop is more in Bletchley. Oh l rang up first,went on to Halfords and had excellent service.

I recently had a positive experience at Euro Car Parts thanks to Miriam who was polite, professional, helpful, understanding and patient with me despite the hurdles that came her way.
Yes, it was busy whenever I been there but that didn?t stop Miriam from providing a good service to me. Also, she was apologetic for the delays and also for not being able to refund me yesterday which I highly appreciate.
I had a complicated issue with a recent order and refund, due to some reason. Miriam listened patiently, explored solutions, and kept me updated on the refund progress, for which I was grateful. Miriam ensured I received the correct refund. I appreciate Miriam assistance. Also, thankful to everyone that work there that worked with Miriam to make sure the whole process gone smoothly for me. I also need to mention Khanam who was also professional, patient, understanding and helped me choose the correct wheel bearing for my car and help me with the refund process.
Yes, Eurocarparts got some of the parts wrong for me but they corrected the issue eventually. I had to wait in a long queue but still overall cannot fault the staff here. They tried their best to serve everyone given their circumstances. Well done to the whole team, especially Miriam.
I would recommend Euro Car Parts based on my experience.
