Worst customer service, 1 person serving, qued for ages whilst the other staff sat out the back, avoid if possible

Service is slow due to insufficient staff to deal with counter sales and collections. They are proficient when it is your turn but they seem happy to keep you waiting for 20 minutes, or more, even if it is a pre-paid collection.

Bought shock absorber from them I give my registration no thy still gave me wrong part I took the part to mechanic he opens the shock absorber and whe he was putting the new one they were not fit mechanic charge me 100 pound but euro part not compensate me they just gave refund very bad customer service they also take... read full comment
