I ordered a jar of flowers on the website from over 200 miles away and I had a bit of an issue with the shipping address.But the customer service was amazing! So prompt, friendly and keen to help resolve. The flowers my relative received were beautiful and delivered really quickly too!Thank you so much for your customer assistance and beautiful flowers! 100% recommend to anyone sending flowers to someone within Aylesbury!

Ordered some fressias, I wanted them as a gift for Christmas Eve but as they closed today (22nd) that was the latest I could get them. Most of the flowers are already open & apparently they were fresh on Wednesday; not my idea of fresh. I was given a big discount but I'm very disappointed

Excellent, lovely flowers, the best I have got my wife apparently! Very helpful, nothing was too much trouble I needed a delivery before lunchtime as my wife works part time and they went above and beyond to make sure this happened. Will use Elite flowers again for sure. Thanks
