Thank you so much to the lady at the checkout who checked our lighting purchases to ensure we?d bought the correct light bulbs. I?d missed buying a bulb for one of the lamps, on top of that she went straightaway and found the appropriate item. That is customer service at its best.

Terrible customer service
They refunded the wrong item and had to return to correct it. Both times staff were so unhelpful.
