Very poor roast dinner had here, the beef was a bloody stringy mess

Had the Sunday carvery and it wasn't great!! Only meat on offer was a pile of 'bloody' beef!! Waited a while and some pork arrived. Both meats were very chewy. That was it. Veg, potatoes were mediocre. Only one dessert choice??? Shame, but wouldn't eat there again.
